If you have deconstructed Santa Clause God (who knows when you’ve been naughty and nice and rewards/punishes accordingly), or Vending Machine God (who dispenses answers if you insert proper prayer tokens), or Magic Genie God (who grants three wishes), or vengeful, wrathful, lightening bolt throwing, white man in the clouds God or any other attribute of God that no longer fits your belief, what is the nature of God that now remains for you?
Join Pastor Jane Florence in conversation around “God After Deconstruction.” Our sessions will be guided by the book of that name by Thomas Jay Oord and Tripp Fuller, but you can join the conversation whether or not you read the book.
We will meet Sundays at 3:30 for six weeks Jan 11- February 15.
