About this Event

Please RSVP/register above and join us for a Fall 2022 Book Study led by University of Idaho's Regional Mathematics Specialist Courtney Greene. Based on the book Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics, grades K-12: 14 teaching practices for enhancing learning by Peter Liljedahl, this five-session study will focus on implementing classroom practices that encourage deep mathematics learning.

BOOKS: Copies of required text will be provided for participants free of charge.

DATES/TIME: Wednesdays from 4:30-6 p.m. on March 1, 8, 15 & 22, April 5 & 12, 2023.

COURSE FORMAT: Synchronous delivery, either in-person or online.

LOCATION: Your choice. University of Idaho Coeur d'Alene, HC 241 or Your home/school/district location via online connection, internet access required.

TICKETS: There is no need to print your RSVP ticket or confirmation email. Your name will be on a registration list prior to the start of book club.

COLLEGE CREDIT: One (1) college credit may be available through the University of Idaho when you attend all sessions. The cost is $60. Forms will be provided to you.
