Author Bio:
Kathleen is a lifelong educator, forest ecologist, and has been a leader of therapeutic Nature experiences for 25 years. She weaves the modalities of somatic therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, ecotherapy, and ecopsychology into her work with groups and individuals. She is the Co-Founder of the Davidson Green School, now serving as their Director of Mindfulness and Outdoor Leadership. Kathleen leads international retreats, facilitates workshops, is a speaker, and author of The Nature Reset.
