Bookish welcomes author Jim d Jordan!Jim d Jordan is the author of several novels including his popular“Widowers Club” series. Born in Van Nuys, California in 1955, Jim was raised in Oklahoma and Arkansas. After
graduating from high school in 1973, Jim began working as a disc jockey in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
In 1982, Jim began his career as a writer, and in 2011, published his first novel. Many of the characters in his novels are inspired by people, places, and experiences growing up in Arkansas and rural Oklahoma. In addition to the Widowers Cub series,Jim is currently working on a new series called, the
Drew Diamond Mysteries, a throwback to the 1940s private detective.
Jim currently lives with his wife Jan in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They have nine grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.
