Come meet Heidi Steffens, a dealer here at Antiques Downtown. She has written a book and is excited to share it with you! What do you do when you grow up seeing spirits and no one believes you? How do you navigate through life with the unseen interacting all around you? Heidi Steffens has lived this journey and shares her unique perspective on transforming fear into knowledge.
Heidi recounts her own stories and those of others she has helped on their healing journeys. This collection of lessons from the spirit world is not only helpful in addressing spiritual matters but also applicable to all aspects of life.
Heidi owns My Spirit Experience, a spiritual center in Minneapolis, MN, where she works full time. She is a Master Reiki Instructor, Ordained Shamanic Minister, and a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. Since 2008, she has been the organizer of MPRS – Minnesota Paranormal Research Society (minnesotaparanormal.com), co-hosts The Gathering ParaCast, a weekly paranormal show, and also hosts a podcast across all podcast networks called My Spirit Experience Podcast. She holds a Bachelor of Elemental Studies and a Master of Shamanic Intuitional Practices from Venus Rising University. Her focus is on helping people navigate their healing and soul-purpose journeys in this world, as well as working with lost or unwelcome spirits as the lines between planes and dimensions grow increasingly intertwined.
