Please join us for an in-conversation book launch for Revolutionary Connections: Russia and Ireland, 1905-1923 (Oxford University Press, 2026), to be held in room SW108, Stenhouse Wing, University of Strathclyde, from 4.30pm - 6pm.

Dr Anna Lively (University of Strathclyde) will discuss her new book with Dr Niall Whelehan (University of Strathclyde) and Dr Katherine Younger (University of Glasgow), followed by a general Q&A.

Revolutionary Connections: Russia and Ireland, 1905-1923 explores political, social and cultural entanglements between Russia and Ireland from diverse and underexplored angles. It offers a fresh perspective on international engagement and the entangled history of revolutions during an immensely turbulent period in global history.
