Angela Montoya lives in Northern California with her family. When she isn’t with her partner, two children, goats, chickens, and dogs, you can find Angela co-hosting the podcast, Of the Publishing Persuasion. Her debut novel, SINNER’S ISLE, has received starred reviews from Kirkus and Publishers Weekly and trade reviews from Booklist and The Bulletin. Her sophomore novel, A CRUEL THIRST, was chosen as a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection and will be published in late 2024 by Joy Revolution Books.

Sandra Proudman (she/her/ella) is the editor of the YA Latinx SFF anthology, RELIT: 16 LATINX REMIXES OF CLASSIC STORIES (out now!), a contributor to THE HOUSE WHERE DEATH LIVES (out now!), and the writer of the YA fantasy SALVACIÓN (May 20, 2025). She is also a literary associate and agent at Gallt & Zacker Literary Agency. When not busily immersed in all things publishing, you can find her spending time with her amazing husband and adorable toddler, catching up on all her shows, and taking care of her garden.
