Join us for the launch of the second book in the Arcane Rebellion series, written by Superior, WI local author Denis James. Our Superior bookstore, Foxes & Fireflies, has graciously agreed to host the event on Saturday, April 26 - which happens to be National Independent Bookstore Day! Come support your local bookstore and a local author! Fans of Harry Potter, The Inheritance Cycle, Percy Jackson, and The Hunger Games will rejoice in this fantasy/mystery series intended for young adults. Taking a deep dive into overcoming personal demons, The Arcane Rebellion tells the story of how a group of teachers put everything on the line to help each other and the people they love–even if they don’t feel loved in return. Themes range from exploring the realities of a broken public education system to serious mental health issues–all typed up neatly in a fantasy world.
