About the Event
When generative AI can produce polished answers in seconds, what should students still learn for themselves?
For over a century, education has been shaped by industrial-age logic: standardize time, standardize knowledge, standardize tests. Generative AI did not break this system — it simply exposed its deeper flaw.
Today, we face a growing risk of “educational drift”: students may achieve more on paper while feeling less direction; teachers may work harder while feeling more stretched; and parents may invest more while worrying more.
AI Era: Redefining Teaching and Learning offers a clear, human-centered path forward.
At this book launch, guests will have the opportunity to meet the authors, hear selected readings and reflections, and engage in conversation about how education can move beyond panic and prohibition toward thoughtful, responsible AI integration.
About the Book
AI Era: Redefining Teaching and Learning introduces the Anchored Learning Model — a practical framework that keeps students grounded in evidence, responsibility, verification, and human connection, while making thoughtful and powerful use of AI.
The book explores:
• The 3+4 Model: AI Literacy, Hands-on Intelligence, and Social Intelligence developed through Drive, Creation, Bond, and Compass
• School 2.0 — a new vision for human-centered learning communities
• Talent 2.0 — what it really means to be educated in the AI era
• Practical tools including a 30/60/90-day action blueprint, Anchors-and-Sails unit plans, Evidence Chains, Failure Logs, AI Transparency Logs, and AI Transparency Logs
