Join us for a free, family-friendly community celebration for the launch of The Deaf Baby Instruction Manual by author Will Fertman.
This fun-filled event is designed for families, educators, and community members who want to celebrate Deaf culture, early language access, and literacy.
✨ Event Highlights
• Meet author Will Fertman
• Reading & panel discussion at 12:00 PM with Deaf author Rachel Zemach (The Butterfly Cage)
• ASL Story Times
• Petting Zoo
• Bounce House
• Pizza from Mozzeria
• Family activities and community resource tables
The event will be presented in ASL and English (interpreters provided).
This is a wonderful opportunity for families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, educators, and the wider community to come together for learning, connection, and fun.
Hosted by The Learning Tree Preschool in partnership with community organizations including DCARA, California School for the Deaf, ASL at Home, Signing SP, STEPS, and Banter Bookshop.
