Come enjoy a beverage and discuss The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon.Good Morning America's book club pick in 2025, a historical fiction novel based on the true story and diary of Martha Ballard, an 18th-century midwife in Maine who investigates a murder and a connected rape in her community. The story follows her quest for justice in a male-dominated society that often dismisses women's voices.
