Learn the basics of book binding. This class series for beginners will give you a starting point for jumping into book binding, from simple zines and pamphlets (class 101) to eventually being able to bind and cover full size journals and sketchbooks (class 102), or re binding soft covers to hard covers with your own custom designs (class 200)
Beginning with 101, we’ll learn some basic folds and tricks for zine making, as well as pamphlet stitching. Participants will leave the class with two finished handmade booklets.
Book Binding Kit is included in the price of a ticket.
The event will take place at The Everyday Kitchen, and a barista will be on hand to sell tasty drinks.
