I invite you all to this dance party. It's a dance fitness class and I will be leading it!!

Yes, I have been doing dance fitness for a while and it's one of my favorite things. For a while I've wanted to get theater teachers and students I have worked with over the years to gather and enjoy this with me and now it can happen!

THIS IS NOT AN FCPS EVENT AND PARTICIPANTS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. Please hydrate and be prepared for a fun (but strenuous) workout.

This is also serving as a booster event for Fairfax theater. There will be a bucket and a Venmo code on site. 80% will go to Fairfax for donating the space with the balance going to @freestyledf (on Instagram) for letting me use their choreo.
