Gear up for a day of fitness and community at the Boob Lift and 1 Mile Fun Run, proudly powered by Iron Boot Fitness and Slade Barbell Club! This exciting event features a dynamic combination of a fun run and a strength challenge, all to support breast cancer research.
Event Details:
1. 1 Mile Fun Run: Start the day with a burst of energy at our 1 Mile Fun Run! This light-hearted run is designed for everyone, from casual joggers to enthusiastic runners. Enjoy a mile of movement and community spirit as you kick off the event. It’s a perfect way to warm up and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
2. CrossFit Total Lifting Competition: After the fun run, it’s time to tackle the CrossFit Total, a classic test of strength. Teams of two will compete in this lifting challenge, which includes:
Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift
Each participant will perform their maximum one-rep lift for each exercise. Your team’s total score will be the sum of the heaviest lift achieved in each category. Combine your individual totals to determine your team’s overall score and vie for the top spot!
Registration Fees:
CrossFit Total (Lifting Competition): $100 per team
1 Mile Fun Run: $20 per individual
