Bonsai Workshop: Winterizing Bonsai

Winterizing bonsai involves protecting trees from freezing winds, severe drops below 20-25 degrees, and desiccation. Move pots to the ground, use mulch for root insulation, and store in unheated garages, sheds, or cold frames. Keep soil slightly moist, avoid fertilizing, and ensure adequate light for most species.
