Stroll among miniature trees at a special Bonsai Show June 14 – 16 at Franklin Park Zoo! We are partnering with the experts at New England Bonsai Gardens to display a variety of bonsai specimens6 for one weekend only. For the bonsai-curious, New England Bonsai Gardens will be giving a special workshop on Saturday, June 15, from 10 am – 1 pm in our Tropical Forest classroom. This Bonsai Basics class is an all-inclusive, hands-on workshop where guests can discover the art form, learn how to care for these special plants and go home with a bonsai tree of their own.
