Winter is here — and so are three new Bonsai & Cheers dates at Zymarium Meadery!
As the seasons shift, so do our trees, and this winter we’re working with species that thrive during cooler months, making it the perfect time to learn, shape, and build your bonsai with us.

📅 Upcoming Winter Class Dates:
• December 13th
• January 24th
• February 28th

⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Zymarium Meadery – Orlando, FL
💰 $75 per person

Each class includes:
🌱 A full DIY bonsai workshop
🍯 Two glasses of mead
✂️ Take-home bonsai shears
🪴 Pot, soil, tree, wire, and all materials

Whether this is your first tree or your fifth, winter bonsai building is calm, creative, and incredibly rewarding. Slow down, sip something sweet, and leave with a living piece of art you’ll continue to grow with.
