Bonnie McFarlane found early success with HBO and Comedy Central Specials. She performed on many late shows including several appearances on Letterman, Fallon and Colbert. Bonnie wrote frequently for Anthony Bourdain and appeared with him on Parts Unknown and his CNN specials. Bonnie wrote and directed an award-winning short film, Anything Boys Can Do. She is currently in development with Peacock NBC and was featured in the movie “Hysterical”on Hulu. She can be seen in the movie “The King of Staten Island” starring Pete Davidson. She was the head writer for the 2021 Independent Spirit Awards and the head writer for the 2021 MTV movie awards.
