Bonneville IFT Supplier's Night Utah's Own Booths

Please join us for the Bonneville IFT's annual Supplier's Night! The floor show will be open from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.

This year we will be returning to the Hyatt Regency Downtown Salt Lake. Booths are $200 each. It is free to walk the floor but registration is still encouraged. Booths for Utah's Own will be a 3ft table top. Upon registration, a welcome confirmation will be sent to your email with booth number, FedEx instructions, and additional booth information. We look forward to seeing you there!

Parking will be paid upon arrival in the Salt Palace ramp with elevators that can be taken directly up to the show floor (please see parking map in FAQs section). Exhibitors are welcome to begin set up at 3:00pm.

There will also be short seminars on relevant industry topics before the floor show. All Utah's Own members are welcome to attend.

Info: We will host three different presenters this year creating discussion around changing landscape in the food industry. These talks will focus on natural and artificial color regulatory impacts, implications of restructuring in the FDA, to how AI can be leveraged for product development! We hope to see you there!
