This Valentine’s Day, show your love for someone in your life by baking and decorating a giant cookie cake with them!
First, the two of you will work together to measure and mix the ingredients to bake a 12 inch cookie cake.
Then, as your cookie cake bakes and cools, the two of you will learn the steps on how to create and use a buttercream transfer on your cookie cake.
There will be a variety of printed templates that could be followed, or, a custom design can be made in the class to use. Once chosen, choose from a selection of buttercream colors to draw your transfer, freeze your transfer, and then use your transfer on the giant cookie!
Where: Menard Center Commercial Kitchen in Wasilla
When: There are 2 sessions! Friday February 6, 11:00am-1:00pm OR Saturday February 14, 10:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $115 – We are a direct bill vendor for Matsu Central, Twindly Bridge, IDEA, Raven, Cyberlynx, and FOCUS! This class could be tied to Math, Art, Home Ec or Life Skills!
