We are SO excited to announce that Semilla Cultural is heading to the Richmond Folk Festival!🔥

As part of Virginia Folklife’s Dance Revolution, we’ll be bringing the rhythms, movement, history, and joy of Bomba Puertorriqueña to the Virginia Folklife Area — and you’ll have several chances to join us throughout the weekend!

Saturday, October 10

Sunday, October 11
12:30 PM — Dance Revolution Partners Showcase
3:00 PM — Bomba Puertorriqueña
4:00 PM — Free Dance with the Dance Revolutions partners

We are incredibly excited to share Bomba alongside fellow tradition bearers and dancers and to represent Puerto Rican culture at one of Virginia’s biggest celebrations of traditional arts.
