• Brandon Rapez-Betty has been with Spokane Transit for nearly a decade and serves as Interim Co-CEO and Chief Operations Officer, managing transportation services and over 500 employees. With expertise in public engagement and customer experience, Brandon holds a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University.
• Karl Otterstrom has been a leader at Spokane Transit since 2009. With a deep background in transportation planning and community development, Karl has been instrumental in advancing Spokane’s transit initiatives. He holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Washington and has contributed to Spokane’s growth through various community leadership roles.
