Speaker
Kim Kamel is a labor and employment attorney. She provides day-to-day employment advice, drafts contracts, handbooks, responds to EEOC and HRC Charges and also litigates cases.
Kim has extensive experience related to wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, and labor disputes and negotiations. She also counsels employers on day-to-day labor and employment issues.
At this month's luncheon, Kim will share insights on labor law topics that are particularly relevant for commercial building owners and managers, such as the 12 new employment laws that have recently come into effect.
