We are excited to welcome Mahima Grover from The M Effect for this vibrant workshop celebrating music, movement and joy! Mahima is a certified yoga instructor and a trained Indian classical dancer. She will lead us through the unique and signature dance steps from a variety of Bollywood songs and then a short meditation and Yoga Nidra practice.
This workshop is open to everyone - no experience needed! Just come with an open heart and a willingness to move. Please bring along a comfortable pair of indoor shoes to wear for the dance.
