About this Event

3 types of freshly baked Bolivian pastries, 2 coffee based drinks with different extraction methods and the whole story from finca to cup - immerse into a coffee journey starting from origin.

The story begins where three women decided to work in specialty coffee. Even though they had never done it before. They had just seen for decades how the hard work and dedication of their grandparents never paid off. And decided to change something. With a lot of dedication and professionalism they started a new coffee project on the old finca of their ancestors and are thriving in what they are doing today. Listen to the story whilst tasting 3 different types of Bolivian pastries, coming from different corners of the country.

The tasting includes:

• 1 hearty salteña, a cookie-dough like empanada with a slowly cooked broth inside
• 1 hearty cuñapé, a cheese ball with tapioca flour, gluten free
• 1 sweet cuñapé, a cheese ball filled with guava puree or dulce de leche
• 1 coffee prepared with pourover method
• 1 coffee prepared with the espresso machine, black or with milk foam, hot or cold, as per your choice

And of course the whole story behind the cup to make this not only super tasty, but also educative. :)
