Bold & Balanced: Aligning Your Voice, Vibe & Vision

Rooted in Wellness, Creativity & Expression with Shea Rose, Christina Paul & Victoria Wasylak

We’re opening the Bold & Balanced series with Aligning Your Voice, Vibe & Vision—a two-day workshop for women recording artists, musicians, and performers who are ready to align their voice, vision, and vibe—inside and out.

Curated by Shea Rose, founder of Embodied Voice & Yoga, this immersive weekend bridges wellness and creativity through embodied practices, soulful brand development, and media strategy. The goal: to support deeper alignment between your inner truth and outer presence—on stage, online, and in the world.

This experience is guided by three creative leaders:

  • | Founder of Zeoni Creations, Intuitive Brand Strategist & Designer
  • | Award-Winning Music Journalist & Music Editor, Vanyaland

About The Series

Bold & Balanced is a holistic artist development series curated for women recording artists, musicians, and performers. Rooted in wellness and creative expression, it nurtures mind, body, and spirit—supporting soulful growth and sustainable artistry, on and off the stage.

Curated by Shea Rose and grounded in her signature health and wellness–based approach to artist development, each Bold & Balanced gathering bridges embodied practices and creative development with intuitive heart-centered leadership skills, all anchored in a deep commitment to wellness-centered artistic expression.

Featuring women across music and wellness—including creative entrepreneurs, holistic practitioners, and artistic mentors—each experience offers tools to sustain your artistry from the inside out. These gatherings are guided by women reimagining what it means to thrive in music today, offering grounded support for your creative journey—personally and professionally.

This session weaves yoga, breathwork, and reflective journaling to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and build embodied presence. You’ll explore what it means to feel rooted—mind, body, and voice—on and off the stage and throughout your artist journey.

Practice grounding through movement, breath, and reflection.
Deepen awareness of physical, emotional, and mental patterns.
Support your voice with yoga-based tools for confidence and care.

Info: Begin clarifying your brand energetics and laying the foundation for a soulful, coherent presence with Christina Paul — Founder of Zeoni Creation. Through visualization, guided prompts, and journaling, Christina helps you meet your Fully Expressed Self—the essence behind your voice, songs, and message, which naturally flows into your visuals and artistic identity. This is the creative force that calls in your people—your audience, your collaborators, your community.
You will:

Discover visual language that embodies your voice, your story, and your spirit.
Explore textures, symbols, colors, and fonts aligned with your energetic signature.

Envision a website that holds and amplifies your essence.
Explore visibility as a practice of wholeness.
Receive support in navigating resistance or fear around being seen.
