BOI Filing Information Session for Small Businesses

If you wish to participate in the self-registratry. You must bring the following documents:

• Photo ID (Preferably a Passport Bio Page) of ALL Company Owners and Members
• IRS - EIN Number
• If your business was created on or after January 1st, 2024, you must also provide Photo ID (Preferably a Passport Bio Page) of ALL the individuals involved in the the creation of the Company.
