This intimate dining experience provides a behind-the-scenes view of the refined flavors and artistry, meticulously crafted in our open kitchen. In this memorable service, we create an elevated, unrushed experience unlike any other in Omaha.

**PLEASE NOTE** One ticket does not purchase one table. One ticket is required per person at each table. One ticket include a 4-Course Prix-Fixe dinner, as well as ALL taxes and gratuity associated with such, only. There will also be an optional wine pairing or specialty cocktail pairing that can be purchased night of, including a full bar onsite with a top shelf crafted with the intention of providing an elevated variety for any event.

MEET THE CHEF!
Chef Joel Hassanali, Chef Partner at Lucky Eleven Hospitality Group, the parent company of Salted EDGE and PIVOT Prime located in Omaha, NE. Hassanali brings nearly 30 years of culinary excellence rooted in global inspiration. Born in Trinidad, Hassanali's earliest memories of food were shaped by helping his parents run their restaurant in the Caribbean, where he first discovered the joy of cooking.
Hassanali grew up immersed in one of the most diverse and dynamic food scenes in the world and is internationally trained. He honed his craft under celebrity chefs including Emeril Lagasse and Sherry Yard before building his career across the U.S., including New York, Florida, Illinois (Chicago), Tennessee (Nashville), and California.
Hassanali's mission is creating approachable, yet unforgettable dining experiences that blend fine dining with worldly flavors and Midwestern warmth.
