Based on the true story of world-famous rock band Queen’s journey from their humble beginnings to their now-legendary 1985 performance at the Live Aid concert in Wembley Stadium, Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury (Rami Malek, Mr. Robot). Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet, and Rhapsody uses their iconic catalog of songs to trace the meteoric rise of the band and their unparalleled success, the troubles they experience as Freddie pursues a solo career, their reunion and eventually Freddie’s world-shaking AIDS diagnosis. And we’re proud to be presenting it in a form you may not have experienced yet: as a sing-along! All of the seminal songs of Queen, one of the greatest and most influential rock bands of all time, will be shown with lyrics — and you’re encouraged to belt them out right along with the movie. Join us for Sing-Along Bohemian Rhapsody and an evening of music and performance that you won’t soon forget.
This screening is held in the Historic Duncan Auditorium. This space utilizes open seating for this event; seat selection is not required.
