Welcome to the official private registration and payment portal for The Black Olfactive Experience 2027, taking place Saturday, March 6, 2027, from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM at The Winslow in Baltimore, Maryland.

This page is exclusively for approved vendors, sponsors, and brand partners who have received an invitation or confirmation from The Black Olfactive Experience, LLC. It is not a public attendee ticketing page.

The Black Olfactive Experience is an elevated, Black-centered fragrance and cultural experience celebrating the intersection of scent, artistry, entrepreneurship, education, discovery, community, and legacy.

Our 2027 experience will bring together fragrance houses, perfumers, body-care brands, home-fragrance companies, scent artisans, creators, collectors, and fragrance lovers for an immersive afternoon of discovery and connection.

Rather than creating a traditional vendor fair, we are intentionally curating a sophisticated olfactive marketplace where participating brands become part of the overall guest experience.

Vendor Participation

Approved vendors should select the participation level identified in their invitation or confirmation.

The Heritage House — $1,500
Includes a dedicated exhibitor space, readiness-series access, logo and website link, participating-brand announcement, digital event directory listing, and admission for two brand representatives.

The Renaissance House — $2,000
Includes Heritage House benefits plus enhanced brand visibility, a dedicated brand-story website feature, enhanced directory placement, featured event signage, dedicated social media spotlight, and featured product-placement opportunities.

The Legacy House — $2,500
Our highest vendor participation level, limited to two premium center-floor spaces. Includes Renaissance House benefits plus premium placement, highest-level vendor signage positioning, a pre-event email feature opportunity, an on-site brand content moment, and admission for up to four brand representatives.

Legacy House availability is extremely limited and should only be purchased by brands that have received confirmation that a Legacy space has been reserved for them.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Approved sponsors may select from the following partnership levels:

Presenting Sponsor — $12,500
Our premier sponsorship opportunity, offering the highest level of brand integration, visibility, recognition, and engagement throughout The Black Olfactive Experience.

Platinum Sponsor — $5,000
A high-visibility partnership designed for brands seeking premium recognition and meaningful engagement with the BOE community.

Gold Sponsor — $2,500
An elevated sponsorship opportunity combining brand awareness, digital visibility, and direct engagement with event attendees.

Silver Sponsor — $1,000
A supportive partnership level offering event recognition and visibility within the BOE community.

Bronze Sponsor — $500
An introductory sponsorship level for organizations and brands that want to support the mission and growth of The Black Olfactive Experience.

Registration through this portal confirms your selected participation level and allows our team to begin coordinating your brand’s event experience, marketing deliverables, and logistical needs.

Following registration, participating brands will receive additional communication regarding items such as:
