This weekly Rört Bodywork class will allow you to give and receive simple techniques to make your body a happy body. The classes are for everyone, so no particular experience is required. We focus on slowing down and giving present touch rather than doing extravagant techniques.
We will use techniques from thai yoga massage, flying therapeutics and supported breathwork. You can join these classes both with a partner or alone.
