We’ll have dinner at one of my favorite Indian food places. (they have a great selection of vegan Indian food aswell)
At 20.00 we have a bodywork and dessert gathering at Yogaskolan a few minutes walking from the restaurant!
What’s a Bodywork and Dessert party?
Giving and receiving massage and enjoy a table of delicious desserts. ??????
We will have prepared a cozy floor with dimmed lights, soft music, blankets and yoga mats. You are welcome to lay down on the floor and receive a massage for either 5 min or an hour. And if someone is laying down you’re welcome to give them a massage!
If you don’t have much practice in giving massages, this is your chance to practice and play! Flow intuitively or copy what somebody else is doing.
The purpose is to have a safe space where we get to release muscle tension, connect and feel fantastic in our bodies and spirits! The massage floor is a non verbal place where we focus on massage, you’re welcome to communicate what feels good and what doesn’t!
Optional short Introduction to Thai Yoga massage will be led after the opening circle.
You’re welcome to bring a dessert for everyone to enjoy! I’ll make some raw chocolate treats!
