Bodyweight Exercise Class with Shauna Fitzgerald

Come along to what promises to be a fun yet challenging boyweight exercise class for LGBTQ+ women and non binary people. The class is open to people of all abilities, from beginner to advanced, and will incorporate a full body workout including some core work using Pilates.

When: Sunday November 17th at 11am

Where: Theatre / Basement, Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, 105 Capel Street, Dublin 01, D01 R290

You must bring your own mat for this class.

About Your Coach:

Shauna Fitzgerald of Lift Training Studios - Shauna qualified as a personal trainer & instructor in 2016 and has since completed her mentorship under Niamh Fitzgerald at LIFT. Her journey in achieving her own personal fitness goals, along with her qualifications, has provided her with the knowledge and tools required to meet every client’s individual goals.

As well as focusing on resistance training to build strength, prevent injury and for good mental health, Shauna is passionate about ensuring that every single one of her clients has fun in their sessions with her.
