No class on 17th April 2026!!!Remind and inspire yourself to move safely with a mindful approach - Bodylight®. The session draws from different teachings and is always in tune with energy of the group. Feel the muscles, and tap deeper into muscle activity, isolation, flexibility, mobility, and stability through Pilates/Yoga and Qigong. A focused and present mind yields powerful results on both physical and mental levels. At the end of the session, we transition to calmness with a shorter practice of Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) for 15-20 minutes. A beautiful way to end your day and prepare your body for a deep sleep.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of gender, age, or experience.
When: Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30 pm
Location: Studio Osteopathy Nelson, Level 1 - 54 Montgomery Square - Nelson 7010
Costs: $20 drop-in or $80 for 5x sessions
Mats + props are provided for indoor sessions.
