This month’s session will focus on grounding, the practice of reconnecting the body to stability, presence, and regulation through direct contact with the earth’s electrical field. We will be working on grounding mats throughout the session to support the nervous system in settling and to encourage a deeper sense of calm and embodiment.
Grounding mats provide a conductive surface that mimics the effect of standing barefoot on the earth, helping the body to discharge excess tension and restore balance. As we move through fascia release, breath, and guided awareness practices on the mats, participants may notice a shift into greater steadiness, reduced mental activity, and a more anchored physical presence.
This session is designed to support the body in returning to baseline, a place of quiet stability where healing and integration can happen more easily.

Accelerated ageing and chronic health problems can follow. This will leave us feeling like we are broken and having limited options such as medicine and surgery or a restricted lifestyle.

In small group classes you will learn simple fascia techniques to get out and stay out of pain, creating structured cellular water and more cellular energy inside your cells. You will work on your own body, learning how to treat yourself, which gives you the independence and power over your own healing journey.

You will leave the workshop feeling very different to when you arrived. Regular BodyHeal fascia work has had life changing results for many people, Charlotte included.
BODYHEAL is for absolutely everyone, regardless of age, sex or level of fitness.
This particular class is not suitable for pregnant women and those who are not mobile and not able to work on a mat that is on the floor.
You must be able to get up and down from the floor. A small amount of assistance can be provided from Charlotte.

I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, I live in chronic pain all the time. I haven’t been able to clench and make a fist for six years, I have gadgets to help me open jars and cans etc. I walk with a walking stick. Class will be 90 minutes
All tickets are non refundable.
Instructions / what to wear:
Wear comfortable gym, leisure, active clothing. Leggings are best. Avoid wearing tops with hood as they interfere with connection to the roller.
Mats and equipment will be provided.
Please bring water in a bottle to sip during and after the class.
