On Thursday, July 4th, at 6pm, Aradia Fitness and BodyBrave are teaming up for an unforgettable evening of empowerment and transformation. Participants will not only learn the art of pole dancing under the guidance of Jillian Khuong-Clarke, but also disover powerful life-changing mantras with Kiran Kundi. With donations passes ranging from $10-100, this event offers an accessible opportunity for all to join. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to blend fitness and mental wellness in a supportive community.
-Kiran Kundi, founder of the BodyBrave campaign, is an advocate for eating disorders and body image issues. She's also running for Mrs Canada pageant!
