Move, strengthen, and connect with us at Dream City Church for a mat Pilates class led by BODYBAR North Scottsdale. This low-impact, full-body workout is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability—leaving you feeling energized, refreshed, and strong.

Classes take place Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:30–10:30am, and are open to all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our instructors will guide you through a thoughtful, effective workout in a supportive environment.
