Join us for a confidence-building Self Defense Workshop as part of our ongoing Body Work Series at the Body Shop.
This June workshop will be led by Longoria's Black Belt Academy and is designed to help participants feel more aware, prepared, and confident in everyday situations. The focus is on practical, approachable techniques and personal safety—not intimidation.
Whether you’ve never taken a self-defense class before or just want a refresher, this session is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and beginner-friendly.
