Body Wizdom : The Dance Wellness Workshop

Let's have a hot girl summer - not just appearing put together on the outside, but actually feeling good on the inside.

Join us for a 3 hour immersive dance wellness workshop that focuses on one thing.

YOU. Your expression, you relationship to yourself.

Just to be clear, this is not a dance class.

This is a full body reclamation.

3 hours of getting deeply, unapologetically, fully into your body.

Shaking your nyash , feeling alive in your body, learning new movement, learning more about yourself through play, unfiltered self-expression, and movement that actually means something.

You've done the work. Now it's time to embody it.

Your body is the foundation of your life. And your connection to it matters , fully, freely, and without apology.

What we're getting into - The workshop flow

Inner Child Activation We start where joy lives. When we were little, play was how we learned and we're bringing that back babe! Playful, nostalgic, liberating movement that reconnects you to the version of yourself who moved more freely and had audacity, before the world had opinions about it.

Embodied Dance Flow A guided dance and movement experience designed to wake up your confidence, your sensuality, your expression, and your edges - and yes, you may sweat them out too.

Archetype Exploration - Women are multifaced and We're bringing all of her into the room and letting her move. Identity work - with music

Break Hydrate. Laugh. Breathe. Connect with the women around you.

Sister Circle We close in connection, conversation, and reflection. Real ones. About what it actually means to be in relationship with your body and really being honest about who you are what you're learning about yourself. You don't have to do everything alone, and you shouldn't have to.

This is for you if:

You're done waiting to feel ready before you take up space.

You want to move, feel, and express without explaining yourself, doubting yourself, or straight up gaslighting yourself.

You need a hype woman — I am her, she is me.

You're ready to stop over-intellectualising and start living it in your body.

You know there's more of you available and you're ready to meet her.

What to bring

Clothes you can move freely in shorts, flowy trousers, leggings, whatever works for you.

A water bottle.

A journal & pen

Changing rooms and toilets are available at the venue.

This is a private venue , please arrive on time as the doors will be locked once we begin!
