A Dance, Healing & Embodiment Experience

As women, we are often taught to give love outward first - to nurture, to hold, to pour into others.

But rarely are we shown how to truly give that same depth of love back to ourselves.

For many of us this creates a quiet disconnection, self-abandonment, self-doubt, criticism, or feeling like we are never quite enough.

This experience is an invitation to shift that, return to your body and appreciate as your first hope.

Meet yourself with honesty, playfulness, and compassion through movement, ritual, and reflection, you’ll reconnect with your confidence, sensuality, emotional truth, and your first home, your body.

The flow

You’ll be guided through an afternoon intentionally crafted for self-love, self-expression, and embodied connection:

Inner Child Activation

Playful, nostalgic exercises to reconnect you with ease, curiosity, joy, and the version of you that existed before self-doubt.

Embodied Dance Flow

A guided movement experience designed to awaken your confidence, sensuality, and self-expression.
Expect energy, attitude, softness, and release.

Archetype Exploration

You’ll explore different archetypes, powerful expressions of identity that exist within you (such as the sensual woman, the playful one, the grounded one, the bold one).
Allowing you to step outside of limitation and embody different energies with intention, choice, and freedom.

Break

Time to pause, hydrate, laugh, breathe, and connect with like-minded women in a relaxed, open space.

A heart-led conversation exploring:
