Body Talk: Heel'd a Beginner Heels Class for QWOC (25+)

Join us for a Beginner Heels Class, this class is all about feeling good in your body,not perfection. You’ll be taken through foundational heels technique and simple beginner-friendly choreography.

Expect good music, a welcoming atmosphere, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. And of course we'll have some social time before and after the class!
We’re excited to be learning from Cierra Lee of Haus of Heels, who will be guiding us through a supportive, confidence-building session designed for absolute beginners and anyone looking to reconnect with their movement.

No experience needed, just bring a pair of heels you can comfortably move in, and an open mind. Come solo or with a friend; either way, you’ll leave feeling more confident, grounded, and connected.

Spaces are limited to keep the class intimate, so be sure to secure your spot early.
