This is an interactive, skill-building workshop designed specifically for the birthing person and their partner interested in being active and empowered participants in their birth experience. 5 hour curriculum split over two days.
These monthly, weekend workshops are held in the Boulder Birth & Holistic Health, Classroom. See specific dates and times.
Investment: $295 per couple
Includes in-class, hands-on experience plus curriculum materials and unlimited access to Practice Prep Videos designed to support workshop movement learning and improve balance in the body & space for baby in preparation for birth and beyond.
