**Body Ready Birth: In-Person Course** Join us for our Body Ready Birth in-person class, designed to help you prepare your body for a smoother, more functional birth experience! Using the Body Ready Method®, this course focuses on body alignment, mobility, and strength to support labor and birth. Through hands-on guidance, movement practices, and expert instruction, you’ll gain practical tools to enhance comfort, reduce tension, and encourage optimal fetal positioning. Whether you're planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, this class will help you move through labor with confidence and ease.
