Body Project Workshop for Young Ladies (17 yrs & above)

WHAT?

Attend this 2-session workshop to be more aware of the effects of media influence and to improve the relationship with one's appearance. Through group-based interventions, it encourages participants to confront unhelpful body-related thoughts, improve self-acceptance, and develop healthier relationships with their bodies.

Trainers' Bio:

Ms Hsueh Ya Wen is a former educator and now a Body Project workshop facilitator trained by KK Hospital trainers. She is a certified mindfulness trainer and is now a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course teacher trained by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
