BODY PRAYER - At home in your body - A 5Rhythms immersion in Galway City

The Body is a Begging Bowl for Spirit.
We will gather together in Galway City for a two-hour dive into the 5Rhythms Wave practice to connect to our body through dance, as a prayer to our body wisdo.
When we come back to the wisdom of the body, we get in touch with feelings, sensations, thoughts, that have movement and transform. Our relationship to ourselves, another and each other, changes.
We are able to find new shapes and patterns, which in turn create new neural pathways and new ways of being, thinking and feeling. The dance ripples from the dance floor into our everyday dance of Life. This practice is life changing.
The 5Rhythms practice is a wonderful way to come together in community with other people, to express your unique self in movement and to show up for your body, mind, heart and soul.
A good tonic for the self. I am delighted to return to Galway for a dance-dive together. Galway is the home of my 5Rhythms practice which began twenty-six years ago.
5Rhythms movement is from 12pm to 2pm.
Sunday, 13th September
Sliding scale: €40/€35/€30
The 5Rhythms is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.
Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
Jenny has been moving with this practice for the past 26 years. She found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007.
