Rejuv Collective is the driving force behind immersive experiences in club nights that transcend mere entertainment. Our mission is deeply rooted in supporting artists and musicians, especially in a landscape where financial compensation for their work is often limited. On Αpril 19nth, we have booked Τemple club for our next event, called Body of Venus, we will be featuring a performance as a tribute to the ongoing quest for a more diverse and equitable world, promoting the battle against violence, racism and sexism. The performance will showcase through synchronized modern dance theatrical movement, "the birth of Venus" as Sandro Botticelli interpreted the goddesses story in his painting, using the symbolism Aphrodite's myth carries in freedom of sexuality and expression.
Οur guest dj is Bitter babe, a multidisciplinary artist and DJ who hails from Bogotá, Colombia. Her cutting-edge selection blends Latin-inspired percussive rhythms ranging from dembow, raptor house, tribal, guaracha, reggaeton, and brazilian funk, with bass-heavy, low-end groove club music.

The choice of physical theatre as a medium to explore themes of gender, sexuality, and unity is deeply rooted in is ability to transcend linguistic and cultural barriers, communicating complex ideas through the universal language of movement.

In the context of exploring aphrodite's myth and its symbolism of acceptance and inclusivity, physical theatre becomes a potent tool for challenging conventional notions of gender and sexuality.
Through choreographed movement sequences, performers can embody the fluidity and multiplicity of human identity.
The merging of bodies on stage serves as a powerful visual metaphor for the interconnectedness of all beings, transcending the limitations of individual identity to embrace a collective sense of humanity.
