Get ready to blend creativity and calm at Body of Art Art + Yoga! This in-person event is all about connecting your body and mind through the process of art and practice of yoga. You'll find your flow here at this beautiful art studio. Come stretch, breathe, and express yourself in a fun, relaxed setting. Bring your good energy and creativity and let’s make some beautiful art together!

Art materials and light refreshments included. Bring your mat and start with yoga at 9:30 a.m. and flow into art-making until 1:30 p.m. Register in advance or pay at the door. Space is limited to 6 participants.
