Body Neutral
is a group to provide a sanctuary for every woman who struggles with her body image.
A safe space to share, connect, and support each other.
No judgment, no comparison, and no pressure. Just presence.

The circle is gently facilitated to ensure a respectful, supportive, and confidential space for everyone.

Women are pressured by society, history, and upbringing to look a certain way, and this eventually becomes all-consuming. It can take over your life.
This can show up as constantly thinking about how we look, trying to control our bodies through food or exercise, or feeling disconnected and uncomfortable in our own skin.
But what we are all searching for — satisfaction with our body — often remains elusive.

I have been struggling for most of my life with my body image, and I wish I had a place to meet other women where I feel seen, understood, and supported.

Unfortunately, there was no such space, and it was a time in which women were picking on each other rather than being supportive.

I want to create that space with you.

A space to share, be held, and be witnessed in our individual experience, which is after all a collective experience of women.
This circle is created so that none of us has to navigate these experiences alone.

This is a space for every woman who:

• feels disconnected or critical of her body
• wants a safe, supportive space to reflect and connect
• is looking to move from managing or judging her body to feeling at ease within it

Sharing is optional. No obligation. Listening to others’ shares will be beneficial as well.
Everyone is invited to speak from their own experience rather than offering advice or solutions.

What is it NOT:
Therapy
Coaching
A place to give advice to others

Instead, this is a moderated peer-support space centered on listening, respect, and shared presence.

This circle is facilitated by me, Lena Sundermeier.

I am a somatic practitioner trained in nervous-system-based and embodied approaches, and my work focuses on creating safe, grounded spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies through presence, listening, and relational support.
