The Chapel @ Fountain Street Church
Each monthly event features different artists and teachers alongside a series of themed movements and meditations for the purpose of energetic hygiene. Thematics are based on the zodiac wheel, where we will energetically move from head to toe.
The first of twelve segments features the head.
If possible, please wear comfortable clothes.
This event promotes DEI and inclusivity, every body is welcome.
BMT began in 2017 and has held events across the globe.
