Sherbrooke Area people！Good news my Body movement Workshop is going to be at Sherbrooke Beanie’s Bistro this time on next Sunday 24th from 10am-1pm! Welcome to register!! It is open for all levels !!This workshop explores how body movement shapes artistic creation. Rather than focusing on visual adjustments, participants learn a one-stroke, movement-first approach inspired by Chinese painting, where rhythm and flow come directly from the body.
Through exercises like blind drawing, brushwork, and large-scale mark-making, participants work across materials and scales to develop an embodied understanding of art-making. The focus is on presence, clarity, and expressive movement—not technical perfection.
Material needs to be brought (if have)：1.5-2" flat paint brush, and A Fabric table cloth that you don't mind getting ink on.
